Florida campaign finance filing resources

Choose the filing authority before choosing software. Florida’s state reporting resources, local election offices and the Federal Election Commission serve different filers.

01

Find your filing authority

Your filing contextWhere to begin
Registered with Florida’s Division of ElectionsFlorida campaign finance overview
County or municipal candidateIdentify the relevant local election office. Florida candidate tracking and local-office guidance
Federal candidate or committeeFEC guides by committee type

Florida’s state campaign-finance database does not include federal candidate filings. The state candidate tracking page directs readers seeking county or municipal candidate information to their local Supervisor of Elections. Confirm your own filing officer when your situation is unclear.

02

Use the current state instructions

The Division’s filing page brings together reporting calendars, user guides and electronic file specifications. Select the resources for your filer category. Keep a copy of the calendar and instructions used for your review so the source of the deadline is clear.

03

Find Florida reporting software

Florida maintains a filing software vendor directory. A historical listing does not establish that a product still operates. Confirm your filer category and current export specification with both the provider and the filing authority.

Campaign ToolBox currently advertises a Florida reporting version. Our campaign finance software comparison places its published annual license beside other filing and accounting options. That is a starting point for a demonstration, not a certification.

This domain formerly hosted Bundl software. Contribution Desk is independent of that company and does not claim its approvals or capabilities.
